Meet at the Cabane de Mandrin for an aperitif between bandits enjoyed around our clandestine boards and our thug drinks! Gourmet pleasures, comfort and conviviality, this is the spirit of Clos Syrah.
And for your greatest pleasure, we are lucky enough to offer you in summer fine and delicate dishes cooked over a wood fire in our Panyols oven. You will find a selection of bistronomic tapas and street-food dishes made with local products for your greatest pleasure.
